PARQUE DE ATRACCIONES ABANDONADO EN CHINA

En Chenzhuang Village, China, a unos 20 kilómetros al noroeste del centro de Beijing, las ruinas de un parque de atracciones construido en parte y llamado Wonderland, cerca de una autopista, rodeado de casas y campos de maíz. Los trabajos de construcción en el parque, que los desarrolladores habían prometido sería "el mayor parque de diversiones en Asia", se detuvo alrededor de 1998 después de desacuerdos con el gobierno local y los agricultores sobre los precios de la propiedad. 




Trataron de reanudar la construcción en 2008, pero sin éxito. Las estructuras abandonadas ahora son una atracción para niños de la localidad y unos pocos fotógrafos, que se encuentran con señales que ellos para proceder inmoralizar el parque fantasma. El fotógrafo de Reuters David Gray visitó el lugar en una fría mañana y volvió con estas imágenes inquietantes de un posible país de las maravillas
